Paddle Hands Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions
As an authorized affiliate of Paddle Hands, you agree to the terms and conditions in this Agreement. Please read this Agreement carefully before applying to or participating in the Paddle Hands Affiliate Program.
Your participation in the Program is solely for the purpose of promoting Paddle Hands and earning commissions on qualifying purchases made through your affiliate links or approved referral methods.
By applying to the Paddle Hands Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
1. Approval or Rejection of Application
Paddle Hands reserves the right to approve or reject any affiliate application at our sole discretion. Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance into the Program.
2. Commissions
Approved affiliates will be eligible to earn commissions on qualifying product purchases made through their affiliate links or approved referrals.
Commissions are paid once per month. In order for a commission to be eligible for payout, the referred transaction must remain completed and not be refunded, canceled, or charged back for at least 31 days.
Affiliates may not refer themselves, and commissions will not be paid on self-referred purchases.
Paddle Hands reserves the right to withhold or reverse commissions for transactions that are canceled, refunded, charged back, fraudulent, or otherwise found to be in violation of these Terms.
3. Affiliate Responsibilities
As an affiliate, you agree to promote Paddle Hands in a lawful, honest, and ethical manner. You are responsible for ensuring that your promotional content is accurate and does not misrepresent Paddle Hands, its products, or any offers.
Affiliates must also comply with all applicable laws, regulations, platform rules, and advertising guidelines, including FTC disclosure requirements where applicable.
4. Prohibited Activities
Your affiliate application or participation in the Program may be suspended or terminated at any time if you engage in any of the following:
- False, misleading, or deceptive advertising
- Spamming, including mass email or mass posting
- Promotion on websites or platforms that contain or promote illegal activity
- Failure to disclose the affiliate relationship where required by law or regulation
- Misuse of Paddle Hands trademarks, branding, or other intellectual property
- Self-referrals or fraudulent transactions
- Offering unauthorized rebates, kickbacks, or incentives tied directly to affiliate commissions
- Any activity that damages, misrepresents, or undermines the Paddle Hands brand
Paddle Hands reserves the right to terminate any affiliate account at any time for violations of this Agreement or for any other reason, at our sole discretion.
5. Affiliate Links and Promotions
Affiliates may use approved graphic and text links on websites, blogs, social media, email communications, and other approved promotional channels.
Affiliates may also create their own promotional materials, provided they are accurate, appropriate, and comply with these Terms & Conditions.
Paddle Hands reserves the right to request edits or removal of any affiliate content that does not align with brand standards or program requirements.
6. Coupons and Deal Promotions
Paddle Hands may occasionally provide special coupons or promotional offers to select affiliates or subscribers. Unless a coupon or promotion has been specifically assigned or approved for your use, you may not advertise or imply the availability of Paddle Hands coupons, discounts, or special deals.
Affiliates may not:
- Use misleading text, buttons, or images that imply unauthorized discounts or promotions
- Promote coupons or offers that have not been approved for that affiliate
- Use “click to reveal,” pop-ups, pop-unders, iframes, frames, or similar methods that set affiliate cookies without a user’s clear and intentional action
- Suggest that a deal or coupon exists when none is currently authorized
Violation of this section may result in immediate removal from the Program.
7. Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Policy
Affiliates may not run pay-per-click (PPC) ads using Paddle Hands brand terms, branded keywords, or direct-to-site ad campaigns without prior written permission from Paddle Hands.
8. Intellectual Property
Paddle Hands retains all rights to its trademarks, logos, brand assets, images, product names, and other intellectual property.
Affiliates may not use Paddle Hands intellectual property in any misleading, unauthorized, or improper manner. Paddle Hands reserves the right to require affiliates to stop using any branding or content that does not comply with Program standards.
9. Termination
This Agreement begins when your affiliate application is approved and continues until your affiliate status is terminated by either party.
Paddle Hands may suspend or terminate your participation in the Program at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or if Paddle Hands determines termination is in the best interest of the brand.
Upon termination, all rights granted to you as an affiliate will end immediately, including the right to use affiliate links, brand assets, and promotional materials.
10. Liability
Paddle Hands will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of revenue, commissions, or data, arising in connection with the Affiliate Program, website performance, tracking issues, or interruptions.
Paddle Hands makes no express or implied warranties regarding the Program, affiliate tracking, product availability, or website operation, and does not guarantee that the Program or website will be error-free or uninterrupted.
11. Changes to the Agreement
Paddle Hands reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued participation in the Program after any changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
If you do not agree to any updated Terms, your only option is to discontinue participation in the Program.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Paddle Hands, its owners, officers, employees, affiliates, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or related to your participation in the Program, your promotional activities, your negligence, your misrepresentation, your failure to make required disclosures, or your violation of these Terms.
13. Electronic Acceptance
These Terms & Conditions form a legally binding electronic agreement. By completing the affiliate application process or participating in the Paddle Hands Affiliate Program, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions. Your application and participation constitute your electronic signature and have the same force and effect as a handwritten signature.
