Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

We strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition as received.
  • The item must be in its original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Note: Partial refunds may be granted in certain situations:

  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received a refund:

  1. Double-check your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank, as there may be processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale Items

Refunds for sale items will be based on the sale price, not the original price.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. For an exchange of the same item, please email us at info@paddlehand.com.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift during purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the return’s value. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or was sent to the gift giver first, we will send a refund to the gift giver.

Shipping times may vary based on your location. If you are returning a high-value item, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
